At the seminar, there will be a report on the last 5 years of the journal's publication, a discussion of the current state of the journal and the tasks facing the scientific publication.
The journal Semiconductor Physics, Quantum Electronics and Optoelectronics (SPQEO) was founded in 1998. It became one of the first English-language scientific publications in the field of semiconductor physics in Ukraine. SPQEO has opened up new opportunities for popularizing the scientific achievements of Ukrainian scientists in the world scientific space. SPQEO's scientific directions are focused on modern advances in semiconductor physics, nano- and heterostructures, linear and nonlinear optics, quantum electronics, optoelectronics and sensors.
